Exchange Policy

You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your Vyboo Online purchase.
You can exchange your item’s sizes.
An additional Rs. 300 will be charged for the exchange order, which will take within 14 days after your request for an exchange has been placed.

Remember…
• You can’t make more than one exchange requests at the same time for the same order.
• Online exchanges are not available for sale or discounted items.
• Online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical outlets.

Reimbursement
The refund will be made via bank transfer/deposit to your account provided.
You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
